A few things to know

My projects are missing

Retry loading your workspace and check that you’re using the same email or Google account used for the original project.

A review is taking too long

Check the saved review status before starting another check. Include the check name and approximate start time in your request.

Credits, purchases, and refunds

Account settings → Billing shows credits, purchase activity, and receipts. Packs are one-time purchases. Choose Refund request in this form to ask for review of a purchase.

Account access or data deletion

You can submit this form without signing in. Account settings → Data contains export and account controls. Identity verification may be needed before changes or deletion; submitting this form does not delete anything.

How will I receive a response?

Save the private tracking link shown after submission. You can read your request’s status and our response there. Email notifications are not enabled yet.
